All Season Air Conditioning and Heating uses recycled materials whenever possible.
Business cards and invoices printed on recycled paper, introducing R-410A
refrigerant, recycling old equipment, green filters and environmentally safe chemical
cleaners are just some of the steps we are taking to help preserve the environment
and the world we all live in.
R-410A, an environmentally friendly refrigerant used in air conditioning systems, does
not contribute to ozone depletion and is becoming more widely used, as ozone-
depleting refrigerants, like R-22, are phased out. Every major air conditioner
manufacturer in the United States has selected R-410A  to replace R-22 in new
equipment. R-22 is being phased out, and the manufacturing plants that make R-22
will eventually be shut down or converted to make other chemicals. In 2003 the U.S.
EPA implemented an allocation program which limits both the companies who can
make and import R-22, and the amounts that they each can make or import. The
Clean Air Act requires that as of 2010, all new air conditioning and heat pump units
manufactured in North America will use chlorine-free refrigerants. So by choosing an
R-410A air conditioner or heat pump, you’re getting the latest in refrigerant
technology and helping the environment!
Our technicians are certified in R-410A refrigerant by Mainstream Engineering.

Replacing old equipment with ENERGY STAR products, when properly sized and
installed, can reduce your heating costs by as much as 40% and cooling costs as
much as 50%. Plus, it may qualify you for utility rebates. Also, make sure your
equipment is properly sized for your home. If the heating or cooling unit is too large
for you home, it will frequently cycle on and off, which will waste energy. Proper
installation can dramatically affect how well your system delivers comfort and savings.
Choosing a reputable contractor will help ensure that your system performs at optimal
efficiency.
